[synopsis] => This monograph is a multidisciplinary journey to the temporal world of science, technology and society. It is being presented as Advanced Knowledge Management System (AKMS). In its core is a 3D definition of TIME. The AKMS is the scientific foundation for everything, the technological base for any change, and societal base for understanding change, any change. The monograph's journey begins with a thought experiment that solves the longitude problem that Newton and others failed to understand and solve. It is then applied to physics, biology, and engineering. The supplements are used to apply to the social sciences, such as decision making and problem solving, economic issues, quantum economics, and so on. So far there are three supplements: 1) Quantum Decision Making and Problem Solving; 2) Economic Issues for Restructuring Economies; and 3) The Facts of Time and Change. Future supplements include Quantum Economics; Quantum Finance; the Evolution of the Concept of TIME; Quantum Living: A Blueprint for Improving QOL. A social network is also being conceptualized to help people share knowledge for improving Quality of Life (QOL).
