Description
Morgan Delt (David Warner) is a loving man. He is an artist, fond of flowers, animals and children. But like his jungle hero, the male gorilla, he becomes formidable when in danger. As his wife Leonie (Vanessa Redgrave) decides to divorce him in order to marry a more sensible man, Morgan retaliates by acting out his wildest fantasies. Clad in a hired gorilla costume, he attempts to recapture the affections of his long-suffering wife. Nominated for Best Actress (Vanessa Redgrave) at the **Academy Awards**, the **BAFTA Awards** and the **Golden Globes.** Winner of Best Actress and Nominated for the Palme d'Or at the **Cannes Film Festival.**
