The gods and goddesses are the archetypes the sorcerer seeks to emulate and the runes of the Elder Futhark and incantations are the primary working tools.The crux of the secret of the Odinic Cult and the single eye of Odin revolves around the mind's eye being used to create the life that one wishes to live through the power of visualization. Every action originates with a thought and every action produces a result. This process can be summed up in the famous phrase from the Havamal Rune Poem, "self onto self a sacrifice." The first section of the book establishes the mythic context in which the sorcerer might work their magic. This is followed by commentary on the runes of the Elder Futhark and outlines an approach to become familiar with them. The final section is dedicated to ritual. This work contains ideas to be found nowhere else which are the results of many years of personal learning, meditation, contemplation, and practice by the author.
