A band of extreme martial arts fighters known as Kundo steal from corrupt officials and give to the poor. Dolmuchi becomes a member of Kundo and ultimately fights the men who killed his family.

After an international auto theft sting, dimwitted detective Do-chul is treated at a night club where he meets Tae-oh, the tyrannical heir to an untouchable mega-corporation, whose rude behavior rubs Do-chul the wrong way.
